100KM range test
The test was conducted with the carrier loaded with 25kg of luggage, at a 45° angle (2-wheel) or under 4-wheel conditions.
The driving test was performed at 4km/h on a dedicated treadmill with steps, simulating an unpaved road.
It passed the industry-leading 100km driving test.
Even after the test, the casters rotated smoothly, operated normally without snagging or resistance, and no deformation occurred.
The wheel frame and wheel shaft also showed no deformation or cracks.
Wheel Wear Test
Wheel wear tests were conducted simultaneously with the driving tests.
By using HINOMOTO Lisof® SILENT RUN, we confirmed high durability and wear resistance. Even after a 100km driving test, wheel wear remained under 2mm.
Step durability test
Similar to the driving test, we loaded 25kg of cargo and measured at a 45° angle. The test was conducted at 2 km/h on stairs with a height of 15cm.
To verify durability against strong impacts, we performed a total of 750 repeated tests on uneven surfaces.
Telescopic Handle Test
① Vibration Durability Test
A 24-inch suitcase loaded with 20kg was tested by suspending it in the air by its telescopic handle and subjecting it to 20 vibrations per minute for over 500 cycles.
② Tensile Fatigue Test
Considering repeated use, the telescopic handle was subjected to a stretch test over 10,000 times, double the standard.
