We guarantee our products for three years from the date of purchase. We will respond as follows, depending on the period and condition:

3年を過ぎた後も、末永くご愛用いただけるよう有償メンテナンスを承ります。職人が責任を持って1点ずつ状態を確認し、可能な限り元の美しい状態へと修復いたします。

If a malfunction occurs within the scope of normal use that impairs the bag's functionality, we will repair or replace it within the above-mentioned eligible years.
This applies when the bag can no longer fulfill its primary role of "safely carrying items."

• The handle of the bag has broken off.
• The bottom of the bag has fallen out, making it impossible to put things in.

◯Examples of repairs that are subject to a fee

• Replacement of handles deteriorated due to aging or friction
• Damage or malfunction of fasteners/zippers
• Scratches, dirt, or stains incurred during use
• Tears or fraying of inner pockets or other fabric

Please note that in the following cases, even within the warranty period, repairs may be subject to a fee or refused entirely.

• Troubles resulting from water exposure or use in rainy conditions
  
• Discoloration or deterioration caused by improper care (e.g., using unsuitable leather cream, machine washing)
• Damage due to intentional acts, negligence, or excessive overloading beyond the intended use
• Damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, floods, or earthquakes
• Products that have been modified or repaired by repair shops other than our company

Due to the nature of genuine leather, "blistering," "stains," "discoloration," and "mold" caused by rain or water droplets are extremely difficult to restore once they occur. Therefore, we may decline repairs. Please be extra careful when using or storing leather products on rainy days.
