At aucentic, we offer a three-stage warranty for bags and leather goods purchased from us, designed to support you for a long time after your purchase.

For two years from the date of purchase, if any defects or malfunctions occur under normal use, we will cover all repair costs, parts fees, and round-trip shipping fees (free of charge). In the unlikely event of an issue, you can rest assured that there will be no burden on you.

Even after the warranty period expires, maintenance is available at a special price for the 2nd to 3rd year. We provide support tailored to each product category.

• Suitcases: Repair costs (including parts) are free. Only the round-trip shipping fee is borne by the customer.
• Bags and small leather goods: Parts and material costs are free (repair fees and round-trip shipping are borne by the customer).

Even after three years, we offer paid maintenance services to ensure your continued enjoyment of our products for many years to come. Our craftsmen will carefully inspect each item individually and restore it to its original beautiful condition whenever possible.

If a malfunction occurs within the scope of normal use that impairs the bag's functionality, we will repair it.
This applies when the bag can no longer fulfill its original role of "safely carrying items."

• Replacement of handles that have deteriorated due to age or friction
• Repair of product edges (edge peeling)
• Damage or malfunction of zippers
• Scratches, dirt, and stains incurred during use
• Tears and fraying of inner pocket fabrics, scratches/tears in leather, tears in outer fabrics

Please note that in the following cases, even within the warranty period, repairs may be subject to a fee or refused entirely.

• Products purchased from unauthorized stores are not covered by the warranty, as we cannot guarantee their quality.
• Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality
• Problems caused by water exposure or use in rainy weather
  
• Discoloration or alteration due to incorrect care (e.g., use of inappropriate leather cream, full washing)
• Damage due to intentional acts, negligence, or excessive overloading beyond the intended use
• Damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake
• Products that have been independently modified or repaired by repair shops other than ours

Due to the nature of genuine leather, "blistering," "stains," "discoloration," and "mold" caused by rain or water droplets are extremely difficult to restore once they occur. Therefore, we may decline repairs. Please be extra careful when using or storing leather products on rainy days.
