① How to set the TSA lock
The default combination is 0-0-0.
To set your preferred combination, please follow the steps below:
- Turn the dials to 0-0-0.
- Slide the reset button from OFF to SET.
*It is located on the back of the TSA lock. - Set the dials to your desired code (e.g., 888).
- Slide the reset button back to OFF.
[IMPORTANT] Write down your new combination and store it in a safe place.
*If you wish to change or reset your combination, please repeat steps 2-4 with the current combination set (e.g., 888).

①-ⅱ TSA lock: Incorrect setting / forgotten combination
Before setting your TSA lock, please be sure to consult the instruction manual or the procedures on this page.
For security reasons, issues arising from forgotten lock numbers or incorrect settings must be resolved by the customer themselves. Please proceed carefully when setting the lock and be sure to make a note of the number to avoid forgetting it.
In the unlikely event that the lock cannot be opened, please unlock it using the method below.
①-ⅲ How to Unlock / Reset
Common examples of setting errors that we receive inquiries about are as follows:
- The setting number was off by one digit (e.g., intended 888 but set to 889)
- The setting was not completed, and it remains at the default "0-0-0".
If neither of the above applies and you have completely forgotten the lock combination, you will need to try all 1,000 combinations from "0-0-0" to "9-9-9" in order. The time required to check all combinations is approximately 5 to 10 minutes.

- Service: We will identify the lock combination, change it to your desired number, and return the item.
② How to Use the Storage Binder
The storage binder can be customized to your liking.
① Removable
The adjustable strap allows you to secure and carry your belongings at your preferred height. It is also detachable, so you can change it to suit your needs.
② Inward-opening
You can use it as a side-opening binder by opening the suitcase and securing the binder inside. This is recommended if you don't want the binder to touch the ground.
③Outward opening
By opening the suitcase and securing the binders on both outer sides, you can use it in an outward-opening configuration. This offers excellent visibility when packing and unpacking your belongings.
③ Self-Repair (Maintenance) of Wheels
This product includes an Allen key for replacing the casters.
[Storage Location]
When you open the suitcase, it is enclosed in a pocket on the back of the interior zipper on the "right side" (when viewed from above). Please use it for emergency maintenance.
FAQs
The keyhole on this product is for airport security personnel to use with a special key, and no key is included for the customer. Please lock and unlock the product using the dial combination you have set yourself.
By design, the zipper for interior maintenance does not have a pull tab. This is a measure to prevent damage to your belongings, as this zipper is only to be used for product repairs and maintenance.
The hex wrench for replacing the casters is enclosed in a pocket behind the interior zipper on the right side when the suitcase is opened.
