We will guide you through how to set up your suitcase after purchase and answer frequently asked questions.
①How to set up the TSA lock
The default combination is 0-0-0.
To set your preferred combination, please follow these steps:
- Turn the dials to 0-0-0.
- Press the reset button (a) with a tool until it clicks.
- Set the dials (b) to your desired code (e.g., 888).
- Push the push button (c) in the direction of the arrow. The reset button (a) will return to its original position with a click. The setup is now complete.
[Important] Write down your new combination and store it in a safe place.
*To change or reset the combination, repeat steps 2-4 with the current combination set (e.g., 888).

①-ii TSA lock setting errors/forgotten combinations
Before setting your TSA lock, please be sure to consult the instruction manual or the procedures on this page.
For security reasons, any issues arising from forgotten lock numbers or incorrect settings must be resolved by the customer. Please proceed cautiously when setting the lock and be sure to write down the number so you don't forget it.
In the unlikely event that the lock cannot be opened, please use the following method to unlock it.
①-③ How to unlock/reset your lock
Common examples of setting errors, which we frequently receive inquiries about, are as follows:
- The setting number was fixed incorrectly (e.g., intended to be 888 but set to 889).
- The setting was not completed, and it remains at the default "0-0-0".
If neither of the above applies and you have completely forgotten the lock combination, you will need to try all 1,000 combinations from "0-0-0" to "9-9-9" in sequence. The estimated time required to check all combinations is approximately 5 to 10 minutes.

② Frequently Asked Questions
The keyhole on this product is for airport security personnel to use with a special key, and no key is included for customers. Please lock and unlock the product using the dial combination you have set yourself.
Due to the specifications, the zippers for interior maintenance do not have pulls attached. This is to prevent damage to your belongings, as these zippers are only intended for use during product repair and maintenance.
The included drawstring bag is a "laundry bag."
It is a bag that can be used to hold dirty clothes and the like while traveling.
When cleaning, we recommend using tap water and a soft towel.
Using alcohol may cause fine scratches or cloudiness.
If the dirt does not come off with tap water, we recommend using a diluted neutral detergent.
After cleaning, always wipe dry to avoid leaving marks.
