[Characteristics of Polycarbonate and Scratches/Discoloration During Use]
The body of this product is made of polycarbonate, a material that is lightweight and highly impact-resistant. While it fulfills the primary purpose of a suitcase, which is to "safely transport luggage," and is designed to withstand harsh shipping environments, please understand the following points about the material and product characteristics before purchasing and using it.

Most things that look like "scratches" are "surface dirt."
When the suitcase is rubbed strongly against airport carousels, other luggage, or conveyor systems, marks that appear to be deep scratches may appear. However, most of these are "dirt" such as resin, rubber, or pigments from the other object that has adhered to the surface. These can be made less noticeable by gently rubbing them off with a soft cloth dampened with diluted neutral detergent, an eraser, or a "Gekiochi-kun" cleaning sponge. -
Regarding "white lines or streaks (whitening phenomenon)"
When the material deforms (flexes) due to localized strong impact or strong external pressure during use, a "whitening phenomenon" may rarely occur where the surface discolors faintly white like a line due to changes in the molecular structure of polycarbonate. This is due to the "give (flexibility) to prevent cracking" characteristic of impact-resistant materials and may occur even with a single use, but it does not affect the strength of the product or its usability. -
It is not completely scratch-proof.
Although this product has a surface finish that makes it less prone to scratches and less noticeable compared to general plastics, it is not a magic material that will never get scratched. We hope that you can enjoy the scratches and scuff marks that accumulate with each trip as the "travel patina (aging)" unique to hard-shell suitcases, similar to aluminum suitcases.

Uses [Lisof®] tires, jointly developed by Hinomoto Lock and Mitsubishi Chemical.
The tire material is resistant to hydrolysis, and with the GPB mechanism, it maintains smooth tire rotation for an extended period.
Lisof® wheels boast a low noise level of 54.1dB, reducing road noise by 20dB compared to conventional wheels for a more comfortable ride.
