How to Replace a TSA Lock
You will only need a screwdriver (or a power drill, which makes it even easier). A Phillips head screwdriver is recommended. Please refer to the steps below before starting the work.
Open your suitcase and lay it flat.
- Unscrew the two screws holding the TSA lock you wish to replace.
- Remove the damaged TSA lock from the outside.
- Install the new lock by screwing it into place.
- Tighten each screw firmly to secure it.
