■Re-Production Process

1. Application
Purchase (apply) through this page.

2. Shipping or Drop-off of Suitcase
You will receive an email guide from aucentic.
Please ship or bring your suitcase to the designated location specified in the email.
*If shipping, the outbound shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

3. Parts Replacement and Quality Check
Dedicated staff will carefully replace the parts and perform an operational check.

4. Return Shipping
The suitcase, with its replaced parts, will be delivered back to you.
