Although this leather has been treated to resist color fading, color may transfer if it remains wet due to rain or sweat for an extended period.
<Use of alcohol>
The surface may peel off due to a reaction with alcohol. Please refrain from cleaning with alcohol wipes. (Also be careful when handling the bag after using alcohol sanitizer.)
Should a malfunction occur during normal use that affects the bag's functionality, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
If the bag can no longer fulfill its basic function of holding and carrying items, we will perform a free repair (we may ask for details about the damage when you contact us).
